Don’t ask me what I’m Doing for the 4th of July

Europeans,  and others will be waving the red, white, and blue flags.  Not I. Why would  any Black person celebrate their continued  subjugation  to slavery and White Anglo-Saxons freedom  from their  Imperalistic European  cousins? Sick  people  will celebrate. I will celebrate  Shermans troops arrival in Galveston on June 19th.

  1. It is not that the 4th of July means anything to present day Blacks. As I see it, it’s just another day to eat, drink, shoot fire works ( of all kinds) and pretend to be merry. I would dare say that if you asked many of them adults, and young adults alike, they could not tell you what is being celebrated on the 4th. As for June 19th forget it. If you are not of southern decent you don’t even know what June 19th represents.
